Q4: Are these boxes flat-pack (collapsible)?
A: These are not rigid setup boxes. Unlike less expensive folding cartons, they arrive completely built to guarantee optimum strength and a luxurious unwrapping experience.
Q5: How long does it take to produce?
A: It takes seven to ten days to produce a sample. It usually takes 25–30 days to produce 1,000–50,000 pieces in bulk for wholesale orders.
Q6: Is the logo printed on the ribbon or the box?
A: In the basic design, the logo is foil-stamped onto the box lid. However, for fully customized orders, we may print your logo on the ribbon upon request.
Q7: May I order a sample set?
A: Yes! We strongly recommend obtaining a sample kit to feel the paper texture and test the size with your jewelry pieces. Please contact our sales staff to arrange shipment.
Q8: Are the inserts removable?
A: The foam inserts are detachable. If you want to use jewelry pouches or tissue paper inside, you can remove the foam.
